Shipping: Items are dispatched within 24/48 hours upon receiving payment, unless otherwise staded in the listing. Please be aware that we are only able to ship on business days and unable to ship on weekends or national holidays. Combined postage is available on multiple purchases where applicable and convenient to do so. In such situations please reques an invoice in order to complete the transaction. If we offer free shipping it is to ROI and ONE only!

It is the buyer´s responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address as well as a valid phone number. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address you have provided.

We ship worldwide, however Ebay only allow us to quote for deliceries to the following countries: Ireland, UK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Lithuania, Luxembourgh, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, SlovakRep., Slovenia, Spain, Sweden & Swizerland. For countries outside of this list, please contact us for a quote prior to your purchase! All items can be collected from our shop during opening hours. There is no extra charge for collection; however we do require that you contact us prior to arrival. Please note the following: All of our items are dispatched from Ireland. We do not ship to PO boxes or BFPO boxes.

Returning a fully functional product: You are entitled to return a product for a refund within a maximum of 7 calendar days after receipt of your order. This is in line with the DSR - Distant Selling Regulation. All items must be returned in a resalable condition in its original packaging with all accessories included where applicable. All postage and handling costs incurred by the buyer during the returning of items must be paid by the buyer. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, postage and packaging is not refundable.

Short-shipments, dead on arrival (DOA) and incorrect products must be reported within 5 days from delivery date.

Returning a faulty product: Customers must contact us and request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and form before sending back returns. Please provide us with the item ID and Buyer User ID for faster service. RMA number and correct postal address must be clearly labelled on the packet and the RMA form must be fully completed and returned with the product. The buyer will be responsible for ensuring the item is packaging and shipping suitable/safely. No returns will be offered until we confirm the item has arrived back to us safe and secure.
